Christopher St. Clair, PharmD

Christopher St. Clair, PharmD is a Pharmaceutical Scientist in the Office of Minority Health and Health Equity (OMHHE) in the Office of the Commissioner at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Christopher leads research initiatives with a focus on developing innovative methods for conducting advanced qualitative analyses of unstructured data, including use of Artificial Intelligence. Prior to joining OMHHE, Christopher held multiple roles in the FDA’s Office of New Drugs, including serving as a subject matter expert in development and validation of patient-reported outcome assessments. Christopher is published in the fields of qualitative research, machine learning, and patient-reported outcomes.
