Rachelle Boulton, MSPH

Rachelle Boulton is the Program Manager for the Division of Population Health Informatics Program at the Utah Department of Health and Human Services, where she has worked since 2006. Rachelle's work focuses on strengthening core public health surveillance infrastructure through electronic data exchange, database development, system interoperability, and privacy and security. Rachelle works with clinical health and other public health partners to Rachelle serves and the Chair of the Electronic and Laboratory and Disease Reporting Subcommittee for the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists. Rachelle has previously worked as an epidemiologist where she oversaw surveillance process development, case management and contact tracing, and outbreak management and response.
