2011 Community College Consortia to Educate Information Technology Professionals in Health Care

This presentation provides information on meeting the demand for skilled health information technology (HIT) staff through workforce training programs. It is suggested that community colleges can offer those programs and may be essential in expanding the HIT workforce. This information can be used to develop new workforce programs.
